Anastasia Mudraya
Clinical Therapist, LICSW
Anastasia Mudraya, LICSW (she/her), is passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds and walking alongside those facing the challenges of relocation—whether through immigration to the United States or moving to a new environment within the country.
Anastasia’s personal experience with relocation challenges led her to work with refugee and immigrant communities in an English as a Second Language program. Through this work, she discovered a deeper passion for supporting individuals navigating major life transitions, which ultimately inspired her to pursue a degree in social work so she could better serve these communities.
Anastasia earned her Master of Social Work degree from Eastern Washington University in 2020. Through her internship and employment with the Department of Children, Youth, and Families, she developed experience and a strong passion for supporting individuals navigating the impacts of childhood trauma, substance use, domestic violence, and parental guilt.
Anastasia joined Anchored Counseling and Treatment Services with a mission to help people heal and navigate life’s challenges. She works with adults experiencing difficulties with belonging, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and setting healthy boundaries. She also supports clients through major life transitions such as immigration, divorce, or career changes, as well as navigating complex multigenerational family dynamics.
Anastasia has experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, immigration challenges, and culture shock. She uses an integrative approach that includes solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy.
When she isn’t working, Anastasia enjoys crafting, painting, hiking, exploring nature, and spending time with her family and her two cats. She offers therapy services in both English and Russian. Reach out today to schedule a consultation and see if Anastasia may be the right therapist to support you on your journey toward healing and growth as you build the next stage of your life.
